Confirmation

Youth in eighth grade are invited to participate in Confirmation class.  This program is designed to provide students with a comfortable, informative, and supportive environment where they can explore and grow in their faith.  Each student will be paired with an active adult church member who will serve as a mentor, supporting and encouraging their student throughout the course and often becomes a lifelong friend. The Confirmation process provides diverse opportunities for learning.  Each student will attend classes, partake in a service project, go on a weekend retreat, and generate a statement of faith.
