Disciple One: Becoming Disciples Through Bible Study

Location: Room S-212 (Inquirer's Class)
An intentional, high-commitment intensive adult Bible study program. The study is 34 weeks long. It is made up of small groups. The plan requires weekly Scripture reading and reflection as homework, as well as group discussion during a 2-hour class meeting each week. Groups will move through the biblical stories of Creation to the New Jerusalem. The titles of the sessions, along with theme words, theme verses, and major persons, events, and topics will set the sequence of the biblical story in the minds of the participants. The principal Scripture for each session follows the chronological movement of the biblical story. Classes begin the week of August 23. Two classes will be offered:
Monday mornings, 9:30-11:30am
(Facilitated by Travis Webster)

Tuesday evenings, 7:00-9:00pm
(Facilitated by Jim Rowell)
